I am Steven Downes, a private collector of diecast construction, mining, lifting and heavy haulage models. The website i run, www.miniature-construction-world.co.uk is a place where the latest information, model reviews and rumours can be found. The website is also used to provide details on where to buy models and to display pictures of the various shows and events that i visit.

As well as the website, i write articles and model reviews for the diecast collector magazine.
